				Boston Community Capital Energy Advantage
						Program
					 Managed $20 million of investment in development, design, construction and commissioning of currently operating BCC solar projects and another $15 million of new solar projects currently in development. These facilities use aggregated procurement and long-term power purchase agreements to bring down costs and stabilize the impact of utility price volatility primarily for affordable housing projects and community organizations and today generate over 4.6 million kilowatt hours annually, the equivalent needed to power 600 average Massachusetts homes. Our first aggregation was the largest solar energy project investment in Massachusetts history at the time. Collaborated on the design of an innovative energy efficiency finance program and acted as lenders representative on the $3 million pilot project.

						Feasibility Study
 Lead author and project manager on a study of the technical and financial feasibility of installing solar photovoltaics on the Massachusetts State House, a project that has since been built.

						Information Systems
 Heartwood started and spun off this technology company providing internet based monitoring services for renewable energy projects. Clients included the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund and SunEdison, now the largest developer of solar energy projects in the world. Company merged with a competitor, creating the leading provider of remote monitoring services in the solar energy industry at the time.

						Wind Energy Project
 Coordinator and lead author for the feasibility study and project manager for the local, state and federal permitting phase for a three megawatt behind the meter wind energy project now operating.

 Owned, renovated and operate a 32,000 square foot historic office building. Complete interior renovations. Significant building systems upgrades. Stabilized tenancy.

						Wind Energy Feasibility Study
 Lead author and study coordinator on a feasibility study for installing a single wind turbine now operating on town owned land for the town’s municipal power company.

 Owned and renovated ten unit apartment building. Redeveloped building into affordable owner occupied condominiums.
 
The Fields of North Wawecus, Norwich,
						Connecticut
 Developed sixteen lot residential community on seventy five acres, permanently preserving the majority for agricultural use and open space and offering financial incentives for Energy Star certification on homes designed and built by other contractors.

 Developed ten lot residential subdivision with unique covenants for solar access and solar ready homes.
